Facility Management team achieves target

The Seido Facility Management continued to deliver excellent service to our clients in 2017, with 92% of corrective cases solved in time. The team solved a total of 8,877 cases in 2017, or an average of 740 cases per month.

Seido has expanded our FM offering to 600 new sites since January 2018, and are on track to securing a further 900 stores by the end of Q2 2018.
This year, Seido looks forward to enhancing our services through the introduction of a live mobile app, improved customer service initiatives and technical training programs for the Seido team.
